Hi, Telenor customer,

Your and our colleagues’ safety is a priority for us, so from now on the following shops will limit their opening hours (or will be closed) until further notice.

  • Telenor Törökbálint – closed from 16 March 2020 until further notice.

In accordance with the applicable government decree, from 17 March, all other Telenor stores will open at the usual time and will close at 3 p.m.

The staff of the Telenor Headquarters will also work from home to stop the spreading of the virus. If you would like to make a purchase from home, use telenor.hu and you can expect the product to be delivered within 3 business days.
You can manage many issues at the MyTelenor online customer service and in the MyTelenor app, from paying your invoice to buying data tickets to checking your balance. Download the app if you don’t have it yet.
