Your and our colleagues’ safety is a priority for us, so from now on the following shops will limit their opening hours (or will be closed) until further notice.

If you have to use our customer service in person at one of our retailshops please keep the following regulations: wash your hands often, keep 2 meters distance from others, walk or use your car instead of public transport! In retailshops wearing a mask is a mandatory! Please wear any type of mask you have when you come and visit any of our shops! Our collagues in the shop will deny service if you are not wearing any kind of mask!
The staff of the Telenor Headquarters will also work from home to stop the spreading of the virus.
You can manage many issues at the MyTelenor online customer service and in the MyTelenor app, from paying your invoice to buying data tickets to checking your balance. Download the app if you don’t have it yet.
