Artificial Group becomes Telenor’s new lead agency

Artificial Group is responsible for the integral communication of Telenor from the first of July. The agency will replace guts&brains DDB after 2 years of being the lead agency.

Since 2018 January, Artificial Group has been working on localisation tasks as a creative agency of Telenor Hungary being responsible for the execution of locally developed campaigns.

“In these past two years, the Telenor brand went on a journey that is unique in the telecommunication sector: with our tone of communication, product developments, and multiple-awarded customer service, we’re building a brand which fully reflects on the needs and feelings of the people out there. In finding our new voice guts&brains DDB was of great help, and we thank them for their vast amount of energy-investment and for the honest discussions,” said Mohamed ElSayad, Chief Commercial Officer of Telenor.

„However, we feel that with Artificial Group we’ve found an agency which could bring us closer to our goals with their energy, openness, and perfectionism. Insight-based thinking, value creation and integration are indispensable for us to be able to reach our current and future costumers in a fresh and relevant way – said Tímea Cséky, Group Manager at Telenor.

„We joined the brand in exciting times, and there were high expectation and excitement at the announcement of the agency pitch: everybody was looking for ways to extend a successful ATL platform, and ways for connecting to people’s lives at more places in a more relevant way,” said Haberland Attila from Artificial Group said about the beginnings. “We enjoyed true teamwork in this past year and a half. With a lot of successful campaigns behind us, taking this relationship onto the next level is an enormous opportunity, and I’m positive that there is a very productive and successful period ahead of us. I’m proud that Artificial Group fulfilled the purpose we set 10 years ago, and I think this new role is going to be a real milestone in retrospect,” he added.
